Great location with easy walk to the dog friendly beach and pub. Can walk into Tenby along coast or at low tide on the beach.

The location of the cottage is amazing, close to the beach with wonderful seaviews. It's very quiet even being close to the pub with lots of lovely walks close by. The cottage itself is very spacious and clean, but quiet basic and in need of some tlc. If you want a base to just crash and are happy eating out its perfect but not luxury, or a cottage where you can cook easily.
The facilities need some tlc. Radiator in bathroom has peeling paint and is rusty, oven has stickers on it so you know how to turn it on and off, temp etc. Kitchen has cupboard floor lights hanging out and lamps, ceiling lights blown and not replaced in various rooms. There is a leak at the front door/velux above the door which means the mat as you come in is soaking wet.
The house is dog friendly, but be aware there is no fences/gates around the side of the house or garden which leads to the road to stop your dog/s escaping and there are no outside lights to help with last toilet visit of the night, the garden is multi level is this is tricky even with a torch!
The kingsize bed mattress is very firm and the double bed squeaks everytime you turn over. This property needs some tlc and maintainance doing and it would be great.
