We visited Bulgaria for the first time on a mother-daughter trip, and after reading quite a few reviews mentioning unfriendly hotel staff, we arrived with relatively low expectations. I’m delighted to say that we were pleasantly surprised and couldn’t have been happier with our choice!
There are two things that made this accommodation truly special. The first is the unbeatable location: just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, the opera house, the cathedral, and many other attractions.
The second, and perhaps the most memorable, is Hristina, the wonderful owner. She is genuinely one of the kindest and most thoughtful people you could hope to meet. Rather than simply communicating through a chatbot and leaving us to collect the keys from a lockbox, she welcomed us in person and even helped us with our luggage.
Throughout our stay, she was incredibly helpful, always responding to our questions within minutes. What touched us most was her personal farewell: she came to see us off and carried our luggage through the rain all the way to the bus stop, a 10-minute walk away.
This level of genuine care and hospitality is rare and made our first visit to Bulgaria all the more special. We would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would love to stay here again!

Anfitriona inmejorable, te recibe personalmente y te regala unos dulces.
La decoración es perfecta y te hace sentir cómodo y tranquilo. Tiene una terraza donde descansar. Incluso tiene Netflix...
Solo mejoraría con una cortinas opacas en el ventanal del sofá para evitar la entrada de luz.

Very close to the downtown and beach. Very pretty accomodation. The lady who is a host is a very sweet soul who carry about her guests. Definitely recommend!
