The staff was super helpful, even if the cleaning ladies didn't speak any English.
The location's great - right next to the beach and all the restaurants.
Free parking in an underground carpark is possible - very useful.
Our initial room had a peculiar smell - after a request for a new room, it was made available to us without any issue. The room was comfortable, with a lot of space and practically arranged. Comfy bed.
In the new room, that shower was very small (80 by 80 cm I think), and the shower door didn't close all the way, which made it uncomfortable and easy to flood.
The toilet seat was not quite attached to the toilet. It moved every time you sat on it or made a move.
The room came with a washing machine, which was one of the reasons we chose this property. Unfortunately the machine didn't work in our room (the drum wasn't spinning). After reporting this, the cleaning lady took our load to wash in their machine (which was a big help <3). However, we wanted to have the washing machine in order to be independent with when we do the laundry and how many times, so not-working washing machine was a bummer.

The location was great and walkable to the main strip and beach. Free parking and the apartment was clean.
The apartment was on the 3rd floor and no elevator so hard to get luggage up.
The towels/linen were very old and threadbare and as were the pillows too.
Stale smell in the room.
Property needs maintenance as soap dispenser in shower broken, TV nearly falling off wall, toilet seat broken, no safe in apartment to store passports etc.
