The beds are comfortable , and the staff were friendly. The jazz nights were wonderful.
2 out of three windows didn't have blackout, so you wake up with sun (on ur weekend!) the walls were paper thin. You heard the house keepers opening and closing doors like they are in your room. My neighbors were having a good time talking and laughing and I heard everything in my room. I'm booking it says it's a 5 start hotel, but it's 4. They didn't serve breakfast and didn't have room service. That was really shocking, would be great if it was mentioned in booking.
