Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good location. There is plenty of car parking space. Great breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing ! Everything was freshly cooked, help yourself to the best breakfast and as much of it as you want. Full Irish breakfast with all the trimmings also full continental breakfast. A very good selection of cereals, fruits, cheese, juices and lovely porridge. Excellent value for money.
The room was spotlessly clean as were the beds and very spacious. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and inclusive of toiletries.
Although the room did not have facilities for making tea or coffee, the reception area had a perfect little place to get a complimentary tea or coffee. Lovely grounds, quiet and peaceful with ample free parking. As a smoker I was appreciative of the designated smoking areas.

Only advised on morning of arrival of breakfast area located on 1st Floor only accessible via stairs no lift after advising my mother walks with mobility aid.
Bathroom no hooks or hand towel holder
Condiments Scottish Fine Soap not supporting Irish
No coffee or tea facilities in room
Have to leave bedroom to cross courtyard to access the reception + breakfast area + tea/coffee machine.
Bedroom looking out on wall, only one window + dark wall panelling
Bed + Breakfast overpriced at €210 per night for the facilities.
