La ubicación es muy buena para recorrer la región, cerca de obidos, peniche, Nazaré... El jardín es un lujo y con piscina, para descansar y refrescarse después de un día de visitas. La acogida de la anfitriona en persona, hace mucho que solo hay candados. Muy bien el AC, necesario porque en días soleados la casa se calienta bastante. Genial el cambio de toallas a mitad de semana.
Echamos en falta algunos utensilios de cocina. El espacio interior responde a las fotos, pero luego vemos que está ajustado. Hemos estado en casas más amplias en esta calidad/precio.

Eigenaars waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was zeer proper. Halverwege ons verblijf werd ons huisje nogmaals volledig gekuist en elke 3 dagen kregen we nieuwe handdoeken.
Zeer dicht bij het centrum van Obidos en dicht bij de oprit van de autostrade. Handig voor als je veel uitstappen hebt gepland.
Bed is zeer hard en voor grote mensen (1,90m) eigenlijk iets te kort.
Jammer dat hun sproei installatie van de tuin steeds om 24.00 start en je dan eigenlijk verplicht bent om binnen te gaan zitten wat waterstralen komen tot op het terras van het huisje.

Acima de tudo gostámos muito da forma como fomos acolhidas. O Sr. José foi sempre muito prestável, inclusive no último dia que queríamos aproveitar até ao fim e deu-nos a possibilidade de deixar alguma comida no frigorífico, para não ser desperdiçada, e ir levantar mais tarde.
A casa é muito acolhedora e tem o essencial para quem procura um lugar para repousar e ir passear, mas tambem aproveitar tanto o jardim como a piscina ( no nosso caso conseguimos porque teve um tempo espetacular!).
Fica bem localizada, suficientemente perto de Óbidos, e de alguns supermercados. ( cerca de 7 minutos de carro)
Tendo em conta que a casa se situa junto à estrada principal, há um ruído constante com a passagem dos carros.

The location was close to Obidos and other areas we wanted to visit during our stay. The host ( Mr. Jose) was very friendly and accommodating allowing us to use our Weber BBQ. When it was raining they offered us to use theirs BBQ place instead, but luckily it stopped raining. The accommodation and place were very clean with a beautiful pool.
This is my honest opinion and hopes the Owners learn from it. We had to call the owner's phone on arrival to hand over the keys to us, the doorbell did not work, if you don't understand Portuguese, you'll have a problem as it states to call the owners in PT and should write in English as well.... Parking was a bit of an issue as we had to park the car outside of the property in the street, should look into providing suitable parking ....The room was our biggest concern as the accommodation was too tiny for us, our fault I guess as we should have double-checked the dimensions beforehand. We booked accommodation for four adults, we felt like sardines in a can, wherever you move inside it is really tight. When you sit on the seat in the toilet, the wall is literally right in your face. The first night I was very disappointed as all the previous places we stayed we never had this problem. Second, day/night I convinced myself it is what it is and to make the best of the situation, and do more exploring of the surrounding areas and less time inside the accommodation. I would strongly recommend doing some renovation as there would be a lot of guests I am sure will feel the same in future. The owners we very friendly, but I could not mention to them about the tiny room as there was nothing they could do about it at that time, I hope they do read this to use this constructive information to change some things for the future of the business.
