Pick-up in Ollantaytambo went smooth - we were brought directly to the lodge. After a warm welcome we were escorted to our dome where they also offered us to have the dinner directly there. The food was very good! Once we turned off the lights we had exceptional views of the night sky. The whole experience was amazing and when waking up we could observe the valley while having breakfast. The staff is super friendly and the dome is well equipped for cold nights as well. For us the stay was a once in a lifetime experience which we will for sure remember!

Prices in the restaurant and that they didn’t let us know about cappuccino extra has to be paid for breakfast .

We had an absolutely exceptional family fun experience with Vertical Sky Sweets! Hanging in the glass pod under a full moon with surreal, clear views of the white-capped mountains was something our family of four will never forget. To top off the incredible setting, we were treated to wildlife sightings right outside, including two condors and an eagle!
The food and drinks were top-tier—the dinner was excellent and the cocktails were superb. But what made the experience truly special was the incredible team. Gaby and Juan Carlos were amazing hosts who went above and beyond, doing everything possible to ensure our family had an incredible time.
If you're looking for a breathtaking adventure with extraordinary service, this is it. Highly recommended!

The main problem with our stay was that it was extremely cold. The accommodation provides only a small heater, which is simply not powerful enough for the space, and only about two blankets. All of us had to sleep wearing one or two layers of clothing just to stay warm. This significantly affected our comfort and overall experience.
The cleanliness was also disappointing. The actual windows of both the dome and the capsules were dirty, which is particularly unfortunate given that the views are supposed to be one of the main attractions. There were also stains on the bed sheets, and the towels were visibly worn out and in need of replacement.
The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. I had to ask about every single step—what we should do next, where to go, and how the process worked—instead of receiving clear instructions in advance.
Some of the capsules are located 10–20 minutes away from the main facilities, yet there was not even a bottle of water provided in the room. The shower amenities were also very basic and of rather poor quality.
Finally, the dome itself felt quite dated and clearly needs maintenance and upkeep. Overall, the experience could be significantly improved with proper heating, higher standards of cleanliness, clearer check-in instructions, better-quality amenities, and more attention to the maintenance and condition of the accommodation.
