The staff were helpful, great AC and WiFi, we had to get a new kettle as the one in the room didn't fit into any sockets in the room, had to ask for service to get fresh towels etc
The location is down a noisy Delhi back street which gets very congested

24h open, we arrived very early in the morning and they let us sleep a little bit in the reception in the sofas,

The staff were excellent and always very helpful and accommodating
Two things - it is listed as being near Connaught Place but it is 1.5 miles away and a 35 minute walk, so this is inaccurate.
Secondly, we had to move rooms after one night because our original room wasn’t ready. Not helpful if you plan a stay so that you can unpack and settle in.

When I checked in on June 7 it was a mess. They were renovating. Room was fine. But everything else was mess. Not even a cup of tea was available.
Entrance, the road outside is very filthy. They have cray scan gate but its falling apart. It doesn’t work. They should just remove it.
