Great host, really easy to find the place and get the key, perfect location, 4 mins by foot from the beach, right near the bus stop, close to all nice local restaurants and bars, a bit hidden from the main street, clean and spacious, comfy beds, huge recommendation if you plan to stay in Durres
Everything was a bit too loud, washing cars in front of the very thin doors and walls at 8am on Sunday, people walking around with kids etc. closing the main gate would help a lot and not parking their own cars there:) Also, some towel hangers in the bathroom and maybe some tea/coffee in the room would be appreciated.

I stayed here as a woman traveling alone, and from the very beginning I felt incredibly comfortable and, most importantly, safe. The host is super kind, helpful, and at the same time completely respects your privacy. Nobody bothers you, and you can truly relax here.
Everything was neat and clean, and every two days I received fresh towels. It was my birthday during my stay, and I really wanted to wear my dress, but I needed an iron. I asked for one, and without any problem, one was brought to me. Little things like that make a stay extra special for me.
The location is also amazing. The beach is literally about a one-minute walk away, and in the immediate area you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, a currency exchange office, and basically everything you need.
And then the price… for what you pay, it’s almost ridiculous how much you get in return. 😂 Truly fantastic value for money.
I would absolutely recommend Guest House Tian, especially to women traveling alone to Durrës who are looking for a lovely place where they can feel safe and free. For me, it is definitely a place I would return to.

Honestly? Nothing. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about this accommodation. Go and experience it for yourself. I give credit where credit is due, and considering the price and what you get in return, it is absolutely worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived by car fro Tirana airport and upon arrival Tian was there. He was just from the beginning very helpful always available for help. The place is located near the beach in walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around it. A bus station is less than 50 meters away with regular buses going to Durres city center.
Sometimes the Water flow in the bathroom was slow.

The host is very friendly
It is advertised as a vila, but it is far from a vila. We only got one bedroom with a shared kitchen. In the bedroom were a double bed and one single bed. Furthermore there was a small table with two chairs. The photos do not belong to the room we got. We booked this vila based on the photos shown at Booking.com, but these photos do not represent the room offered, so are misleading.
The foam mattress is pretty worn out and fairly uncomfortable.
The "vila" is located behind the main street. Not a very inspiring surrounding.
