Nice size of the apartment and good soundproofing. Location was convenient and walkable to town, park, mountain trails & woods. Food was nice (not exceptional, but good)
Some rooms (including ours) are very very dark. Facing car park to the side of the complex. We asked couple of times to change room (offered to pay the difference upon upgrade), but was told it’s all fully booked. Booking.com was showing at least 9 apartments available for the days we wanted. I don’t understand why staff was so unwilling to help with this

Looks like a Swiss Chalet, rooms with great views, good balconies, comfortable beds and lots of space for 3 people, breakfast was very good, evening meals quite good, tasty stews fish, pork steak, etc and some local items, however it was mashed potato every day, not unlikeable but a bit predictable for 5 days. Good coffee, great staff.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. The selection was excellent and everything was really tasty.
The room itself was new, clean, and comfortable, but it was surprisingly dark. There was very little natural daylight, so we had to keep the lights on most of the time.
Another disappointment was the lack of free parking for guests. Despite the hotel having a large parking lot, we still had to pay 80 PLN for the weekend. The hotel restaurant also felt overpriced, especially when it came to drinks.
The spa had potential, but it was too crowded. The relaxation room wasn’t properly separated from the indoor pool, so the noise from children playing made it hard to relax. We also struggled to navigate the hotel the first time, as the layout is a bit of a labyrinth. On top of that, we weren’t able to book a massage because there were no available slots, which was frustrating since we came for a wellness weekend.
