Extremely cute apartment with an ideal location in Rouen. It's right next to the Abbatiale Saint-Ouen curch and the adjoining park which is a lovely way to start every day. It's also next to the Franprix market and has a kitchen which is very convenient. Also the WiFi was good and the big door to the courtyard was comforting.
Some of the facilities were not ideal; The curtains interfered with opening and closing the windows and should be replaced by curtains that can be put down while the windows are open, the shower could only store enough hot water for one quick shower every few hours, and there was no top sheet available for the bed which was problematic with how hot it got at night.

L’appartement était très propre, conforme aux photos et situé au rez-de-chaussée.
L’établissement est un peu éloigné de la gare, il faut prendre le bus pour s’y rendre.

Heel schattig interieur en centraal gelegen. Stille buren. En uitchecken pas om 11u.
Genoeg sloten aan de binnenkant, voor een veilig gevoel.
- Er zat schimmel op het douchegordijn
- de deur naar de badkamer sluit niet goed.
- De studio was niet goed gekuist, en de handdoeken en het beddengoed roken heel muf.
- De douche is maar warm voor 10 minuten en is daarna ijskoud… Dit wisten wij niet op voorhand.
- We hebben 20 minuten aan de deur gestaan omdat ze de verkeerde code meegaven.
