Beautiful villa with terraced gardens and amazing views of Lake Como. Nespresso coffee pods and welcome snacks greeted us in the kitchen. Property manager Veronica was incredibly responsive and helpful with everything from finding groceries to coordinating private taxi service. WiFi very dependable. Parking spots available (but not private/reserved) in front. Would definitely stay here again!
Air conditioning mostly worked but there were a couple of extra warm nights (to be fair, it was 90F during the day). One bedroom has a partial glass wall on the staircase you can see through as you walk up (privacy issue), master bath window has no drape/shutter and looks out over the neighbor's kitchen.

Modern air conditioned property. Two en-suite bathrooms and a third main bathroom.Exceptionally well decorated. Gardens to either side. Exceptional view across Lake Como.
Nothing save that you have to be very careful when driving off from the parking area
