It’s a good location and a nice place.
This is like a Airbnb. There are basically no services. No one to help you with luggage, nothing. Also it was extremelly confusing to even get to the rooms. I believe that on checking proper instructions should be given to guest since the condo is a mix between the hotel rooms and normal resistente and extremelly big.

Great location, we much preferred this river location as opposed to the beach. The room is very big, we had a lovely room overlooking the river and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and gym was lovely and so was the staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Only thing was there was no in room cleaning done throughout our 3 nights. Everything else was perfect

The hotel was definitely a vibe! We were able to get into our room before the scheduled check-in time, which was great since we had an early flight into FLL. We really appreciated being able to settle in earlier than expected.
On our last day, there was a power outage, and the hotel quickly became very hot. Around 9:00 a.m., we received a knock on our door telling us that it was time to check out. We found this a little strange since the hotel’s check-out time was 11:00 a.m.
When we spoke with the gentleman at the front desk, he apologized for the power outage and the uncomfortable heat. He explained that this was not something that normally happened and said he would look into providing us with some type of compensation, especially since we needed another place to stay after returning from our cruise.
Unfortunately, we have not heard from anyone at the hotel since then regarding the compensation.
Aside from this experience on our last day, we absolutely loved everything else about the hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. We just wish there had been some follow-up regarding what we were told at the front desk.

I loved the location staff & dog park
didn’t like the really low hanging chandelier in the bedroom I also thought the bed was uncomfortable
