Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely spacious. Front Desk receptionist was super friendly while helping us check in!
The bed was a little smaller than we expected but overall it was very comfortable which mattered more.

Victor was SUPER helpful and the best part of this whole place!
it was extremely over priced for what it was and the roadway down the street had an AMAZING breakfast EVERY morning and was consistently cheaper with almost the exact same rooms but their pool and entire grounds were SO MUCH NICER and I have to mention their choice of foliage was extremely pleasing and fragrant ... while this place only had a complimentary BURNT very bitter awful tasting coffee and for the 2 weeks I was there the person above me must have been a professional furniture mover because that's pretty much all I heard other than the howling dogs or the SLAMMING of the extra loud exit door specifically the bar used to open the door I'm not sure why it sounded like it was being karate kicked by everyone that went in and out but I had the pleasure of hearing that about 87 times a night. OHHH and lets not forget to mention the maid will just bust into your room like the kool-aide man every morning with or without warning no matter your response if given the chance to give one and the 2 managers or women in the AM that are the ABSOULUTE ruddest and just mean and nasty
