We decided to stay an extra day after returning from a cruise before heading home and booked a one night stay. Marc, the front desk attendant was stellar. He got us checked in swiftly and was even kind enough to answer all our questions about good places to eat and hang out for the day. Our room was clean and modern. I wish we could have stayed another night. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great Hotel in almost all ways! Just need to get a Front Desk Employee who knows how to make all guests feel welcome! On 18/19 Day Shift she did her job BUT with out a smile or a ‘ welcome I am glad to see you attitude! “

It took 40 minutes after we called for pickup at airport. No bottled water in room. Room smells like locker room. Only one packet of coffee with caffeine.

We had trouble operating the A/C would be nice if there were clear instructions on how to operate it. We flew in rather late at night but between the shuttle getting us here and Karyl at the front desk, check in went great. Room was very nice! Clean and comfortable. A little concerned that there are THREE room charges to our CC. Front desk assured me two will fall off.

There should be more information that this is an no amenity hotel. It is not convenient for a single senior citizen.

The check in went extremely smoothly. Was able to check in early. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely professional. Very patient, informative, and answered all our questions. He was definitely top notch.

We were in room 107 and the noise from the lobby was horrible. Also, there was loud music being played in the hotel until 1am. We didnt sleep at all.

The staff were very friendly and hotel seemed clean, however, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were no coffee filters to make coffee (minor inconveniences). The biggest problem was the sheets were not fresh sheets. The inside sheets were gritty as if sand was on them so I slept on top of sheets.

We booked this stay at the last minute after reading good reviews. The complimentary airport shuttle was nice and check in went smoothly. This hotel is an extended stay hotel, but even for 1 night worked for us. It was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was not included, but we did have coffee available in our room. Would stay here again.

I only stayed one night but it was very enjoyable, staff very friendly, the place smells wonderful which is always a plus for me. Quiet at night although my room was next to the elevator. Neighborhood nice enough, did not stay long enough to really have an opinion. Not walking distance to airport or convention center as stated online though, was disappointed about that. I will definitely stay there again!!!

Was not 1.5 miles from the airport. Called for pickup shuttle no answer, called hotel got disconnected, called hotel again was told it would be 20 to 40 minute wait. Took a cab much more than 1.5 miles. Woke up in the morning to find a cockroach in the sink.

Staff are very helpful and nice. Lobby is clean and smells good. Laundry facility is free which is nice. The cons…room smelled musty. Bed is super hard and uncomfortable.

It started off badly at the airport trying to get a hotel shuttle. We waited for over an hour. After 2 phone calls, one finally came. When we checked in, the person behind the desk was quite rude when we complained about the shuttle. The room was ok- nothing special for over $300 a night. The shuttle that we booked through the hotel to the cruise port was 45 minutes late, and cost twice as much as an Uber would have been. Lesson learned!! Also, there is no restaurant on site, so crossed a busy highway on foot to grab a bite at McDonald's.

Airport shuttle was fast and efficient. Driver was friendly. Hotel clerk was helpful with nearby restaraunts. Also check in was fast and staff friendly. Large room. Clean.

I arrived late that night to the hotel. The amount of time that I was there, the service was excellence and the front desk attendant was wonderful! It was very quiet at the hotel and the next day I took the shuttle catch a cruise ship. I do not think you sure pay $16.05 for the shuttle for the cruise ship. I use to pay between $5.00 to $10.00 for the service plus you also want to give the driver a tip. Its not that far to the cruise line. But other than that everything else was good.
