Ok stay, room and bed good.

Breakfast wasn't quite what we were expecting, only warm item was waffles and coffee. Was told if stayed longer( after checkout) cost would be $10/hour per person. $30 for early checkin.

Breakfast adequate but would have liked more warm options. Was told other items available only on weekends.

Would stay there again, great value for what we got.

Bed was very comfortable, pillows were very supportive, bathroom had very nice shower and sinks, room was clean. Breakfast was good, waffles were great, coffee was very good. Room was quiet. Shuttle was a bit wierd -- air conditioning did not work. But free from airport and to the cruiseport made up for that. Lobby is a turn off though. Need to look at doing something about it.

Lobby - almost made us turn around and go someplace else. Experience after getting to our room was much better than expectation as we entered the lobby.

Great location for cruisers

The hotel had everything you needed. The pool was great and the location was perfect for what we needed.

The hotel was a little dated. There were no recent updates.

It was horrible!!!!

Location

Everything else, not clean, staff wouldn’t do anything about the loud people at the pool. Couldn’t get any sleep for a really early flight.

This hotel was a bad mistake

The ground floor rooms

Poor breakfast; surly manager; non-working room key; few amenities in room and such bad treatment in 84 Marina from obnoxious servers (I couldn’t eat there because I had a food voucher) and had to carry the overcooked burger to my room some distance away. I’m contacting the Broward Chamber of Commerce. Also.. I waited 1 1/2 hours in the sun at the airport for the hotel shuttle and called the hotel 4 times and finally took a taxi to the hotel.

The stay was ok just very rude front desk ladies!

The place was very clean and nice… the price was ok.

The ladies at the front desk absolutely disrespectful and has no manners! The lady that runs the gift shop she was amazing and made up for the rude front desk ladies!

Never again!

Breakfast was good and the only thing good about the place!

Staff was NOT welcoming, did not speak clearly I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. Room floor was filthy!!! I complained to front desk, and got zero money back for a dirty room. The wifi - could NOT reach our room, was constantly down and looking at the network room I can see why - what a mess - you need to hire somebody to come get a better technology to support the whole place just to connect, let alone get any speed! The place is old, dumpy, and needs demolished and rebuilt!!!

The location is great especially for cruising out of Miami.

The location and the cute garden. I also enjoy dining at Marina 84.

The pool was dirty (feathers and bugs). The pool guy came and only cleaned one side of the pool. Myself and another guest ended up trying to clean the shallow side. It didn’t work cause the filter system wasn’t working properly. The a/c was making a sound like chain on a bike or a card in the spokes of a bike tire. On top of that they were doing construction early in the morning right by my room.

Great experience, would definitely come back!

Room, breakfast, shuttle, gift shop, outdoor garden/pool was so cute & well kept. Everything was clean, breakfast was wonderful, and outdoor spaces were well-kept and nice. All staff were friendly & helpful.

It’s a great place to meet people who are cruising

The restaurant/bar next door was nice. Great music on Friday night. Some of the staff members are exceptional.

Megaphone announcements are annoying 😡 The rooms need updating, I would never recommend.

Not staying with you again.

Check-in was fairly easy.

The food was atrocious. The shower head was so far up I couldn't reach it!!! The A/C fan wouldn't run and it was miserable.

Frustrating check-in process but okay for one night stay before our cruise.

The room was clean and comfortable. The garden and pool areas were nicely landscaped. The attached restaurant was convenient, had good food but was fairly expensive.

The check-in process was awful. We had to stand in a long line just to get to one of only two people working the front desk. When we finally got our turn, the process took about 15 minutes. We have never checked into any other hotel that took so long. Then, our key wouldn't open the door so we had to return to the front desk two more times. When the key finally worked (the 3rd time) we opened the door and found our room had not been cleaned. Back to the front desk for the 4th time. After about an hour of this we finally got a room that was clean and comfortable. They need to fix the check-in issues.

Love SHUTTLES but property needs to improve cleanliness & safety

What we love about this property is that they come pick you up from the airport and bring you to the property for free. Of course, we tip the driver for their services but property does not collect money for the transportation from airport. We also love that they provide free shuttles to cruise port. Again, gratuity is given to drivers but property does not charge for this extra option.

This was my fourth time staying at this property. Check in was better than it has been in the past. The front desk staff were nicer than previous stays. Although when we first arrived, there were 4 people sitting & talking and did not quit visiting immediately when the shuttle full of people arrived. Check in was quick. That was the last time I can give any complements. We went up to room and the door to the room was wide open. We closed the door but it would not latch unless we pushed on door and deadlocked it. I called front desk to see if we could get another room but they instead sent "maintenance" to come fix it. My daughter slammed it a few times and it finally closed. We slept with luggage in front of door and felt uneasy until we checked out the next morning. It was 4 females in the room. The facilities seemed run down on the outsider area of the property. In previous stays we were facing inward and not on the outside parking lot view.

Will stay here again for another cruise!

Great shuttle to hotel and great shuttle to cruise port. Great breakfast. Bought wine to take with us on ship. Ate dinner right there. Great gift shop too. Room was clean !
