We had a wonderful stay at Terrazze Sulla Valle. The room was on the edge of Martina Franca, quiet and very clean with off street private parking.
The room itself was well appointed and spotless, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Mimmo was an excellent host: friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Homemade cookies were delicious!
The outside seating area was a highlight, with lovely views over to Locorotondo and Cisternino – perfect for sitting out in the evening with a glass of wine. Martina Franca’s old town is vibrant and easy to explore from here, with plenty of good places to eat and drink.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful base with a personal touch and beautiful views in the Valle d’Itria.

Beautifully finished, with a warm, welcoming host
To say it is walkable is a stretch. While it’s very close to the town, you have to navigate a pretty hairy road on foot which is not ideal in this part of Italy.
