The area and surroundings are beautiful, and the venue is ideal for a relaxing getaway or for exploring the Midlands Meander.
A few improvements would make the stay even more comfortable. The shower water was only lukewarm and could ideally be a little hotter. There was also insufficient cutlery and crockery for five people. As the accommodation is self-catering, it would be helpful to have the kitchen cupboards stocked with a few more basic day-to-day kitchen items.
Overall, we enjoyed the peaceful setting and beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful location, well looked after property. It was quiet, tranquil and very relaxing. Facilities were great and there was everything we needed. Host Judy was very helpful and gave us the keys.
Bonus... the Shepard and Great Dane, Charlie came to say Hello 😄 to offer love and kisses.

Judy, the host, was lovely- responsive and helpful. The space itself was Very clean and well appointed. The view from the porch is beautiful and adds to the peaceful environment.
If you’re a light sleeper you may struggle with the mezzanine’s wooden floors - it is quite noisy when someone is up there.
