the view was amazing, the shared kitchen well equipped, bed very comfortable, shutter very useful

the shared balcony specially when it is adjacent to the room. the early check out (10am). no luggage locker (it is in the shared kitchen).

This property was close to the old town, albeit with a lot of steps but that was expected in this region. The room was very clean, towels and toiletry’s provided and a kitchen area if you wished to cook. The balcony had an exceptionally beautiful view of old town Dubrovnik and the sea. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming to any requests we had.

very roomy and clean. had everything we needed. fantastic view. the owners were very welcoming and generous thank you . the pictures of the location are accurate and even better in real life . the old town is unbelievable

Hot water tank is too small. Not enough water for the 2nd people shower right after the 1st. Owner living next door wasn't very friendly. We had a friend came over watching the sunset with us, got kicked out.

Beautiful apartment with probably the best views in Dubrovnik. The host was great and always happy to help. Would 100% stay here again.

Upon our arrival at this reservation, we were shocked to discover we were given ATTIC rooms. My wife immediately called Omar at booking.com and filed a complaint. As we were nervous about having a problem with the host, we did not want Omar to contact her during our short stay. He told my wife he documented the situation and I was to contact him when we arrived back to our home after our vacation. When I told Anka, the host, that we did not expect ATTIC rooms, she said that the description in the ad at booking.com indicates upper floors accessible by stairs only. I then told her that was not the issue. The ATTIC, not being mentioned and not what we booked, was the issue. She then asked if we wanted to leave and I was shocked. Where were we to go? I am 6’ 2” and therefore I would NEVER have booked a room with such limited head room. There was no indication of a possibility of an Attic room in the description on booking.com. While the description does indicate upper floors, it NEVER mentions we could get attic rooms. Additionally, the description of the bed says it is king size, which is what I prefer, helped sway me in this decision for Rooms Raic. However, as you can see in the video, the bed was MAYBE queen size at most. Also, in the second room for my brother-in-law and his wife, the air conditioning did not function adequately. Again, when I told Anka, she literally shrugged her shoulders.
