It was comfortable stay, expected more cleanliness.

The staff were friendly, and the room was as represented in the picture, they did have cute snacks and a tv that could move around which was cool, it was easy and accessible to get key fob and leave property, that process was seamless.

There were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher, we ordered food and all the silverware in the drawer was dirty, along with the cups and plates in the cupboards, so every dish was dirty with food still stained on it. Did not love that.

Not a hospitality service, bad business practices

The place is a scam, it is not a hospitality service but a real state business trying to make a quick buck with their inventory. All pictures show you decent units. They message after booking saying that your unit might look different. But it is not different, is a vacated unit they can’t rent because the noise of the massive construction out the balcony. The unit is furnished with very cheap furniture from Amazon. 1 bed 1 night stand 1 small lazy boy. The bed is wobbly and uncomfortable. The AC is blocked so you can’t control it when is 80F inside. So I needed to leave the balcony open and got woken up by the construction noise at 5 AM When I arrived there were multiple cigarette butts in the balcony. No shampoo/bodywash/conditioner. There were random batteries on the counter and used bar soap in the shower. They did bring shampoo and removed the soap when I asked. That’s as much service you can expect. I left after the first night and I bet is going to be really hard to get a refund from this company.

Location good. Apartment good. Everything I needed and more than a hotel.

AC didn't work. WIFI not working. Coffee maker was literally disgusting.
