The location, the atmosphere, the helpful and smiling staff, the pool, the gym, the lake, the room, the privacy, the restaurant vibe, the off season price.
Breakfast could be added with non veg as well, Decorations and quality of the rooms could be better, Some damages in room are quite visible. parking could be organised with bays, Evening buffet lunch could be cheaper to make it attractive to all. A proper evening bar or atleast providing beer and wine could be nicer, Bicycles could be better maintained, A free sauna room could have been nicer, Proper dress change and shower facility could be better, Noisy grass cutting should not start very early.

Needed to ask for water if needed refill. Suggest doing refill on 6-12 hr basis

Location, Calmness
Too many times electricity was interrupted.
Evening time snack was very cheap. Just Tea and Biscuits. Atleast they should have given ethakappam

It’s close to the lake and quite places around
Food was good but they couldn’t serve properly and also food variety wasn’t good,only limited time serving from restaurant,room service wasn’t available
