Everything was perfect, access instructions and access, cleanliness of property and facilities . The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and only wish we could have stayed longer

Location superb, spacious apartments decorated and furnished to an excellent standard. Tea coffee sugar and milk available - owners easily contacted and available.

Kitchen is great. It’s also clean and nicely decorated.
The WiFi was unreliable and cutting out regularly.
The Bed was quite noisy/creaky and had a thick duvet which meant we were boiling.
The only place we could plug our fan in the bedroom meant the fan was very noisily blowing directly in my face so I couldn’t sleep. When we moved it to a socket further away it couldn’t cool down the room.
The bottle of oil in the kitchen was labelled olive oil so I put it on my salad, to discover it was vegetable oil!
No conditioner or toothpaste was frustrating.
