Not what we expected

LOCATION

Bad directions from airport Another way for guest to collect the key, especially late night Leaking toilet the entire time, dirty walls and mould smell in bedrooms No Wifi ON ARRIVAL No tv until the day before we come back to the UK

Very disappointing experience

I liked the balcony and spacious apartment

When I arrived the floor was still wet freshly mopped. The room floor was dirty . The cushions were not comfortable and we just had 1 blanket . We had no towels in our apartment we had to contact you for towels . The wifi was not working at all throughout our entire stay , very disappointing experience for the first time. Im a regular guest but never experienced this before .

The location was good, but the broken door lock, poor cleanliness and unreliable Wi-Fi made the stay extremely disappoin

Only the location.

The main issue was the lack of safety. The door lock was broken, which meant I was unable to properly lock the apartment door and felt unsafe during my entire stay. The apartment was also not clean when I arrived. It was only cleaned after I complained twice. The Wi-Fi was another major issue: it only worked for 1 day out of the 5 nights I booked and stayed. The cleaning service was also poorly handled, and there were issues with the staff entering/approaching the apartment without sufficient consideration for privacy. Overall, the property did not provide the basic standards of safety, cleanliness and connectivity that were expected.

Location is perfect. We could shop until Canal Walk closed and still be safe. Daily room service that cleaned the flat and provided clean towels.

They should add more pots/pans Extra blankets would have been nice as it gets very cold next to the river

The furniture needed some love and the apartment has a lot of space but feels empty
