Location is superb. Beautiful views from the balcony across to Drake’s Island. Lovely base in the summer at Royal William Yard with lots of eating & drinking places nearby plus good ferry service to different places to explore.

The location is amazing and the cottage quirky and comfortable and dog friendly. The host providing fresh milk, tea and coffee and Devon cream teas was a lovely addition
Some of the facilities are now a little dated and whilst in no way did this affect our stay, perhaps a newer shower might enhance the experience.

Great location. Lovely host. Perfect for our needs. There was parking which is a bonus. Lovely views from the bedroom balcony. Really cute cost cottage.

View and the overall size
We did not find the property real to the listing, the facilities were way more “used” than expected. Basically not worth the value by far, even with the good position and view. Cleanliness has been an issues throughout the property
