The rooms were spacious, decorated moderately. The location was generally ok, easy to reach via taxi. Cleaning service was ok.
The breakfast was very limited to local food, no good variety of bread, no good coffee, no fresh juice.
The staff could not speak English well (almost none).

La disponibilité de l'hotel proche de la frontière.
Globalement l'hotel est propre
Le personnel est gentil
Arrivé vers 20:00, on refuse de nous servire au restaurant de l'hotel sous prétexte qu'il va fermer à 21:00 (nous étions dans ce restaurant à 20:25 exactement)
Le niveau d'anglais du personnel est très mauvais, beaucoup d'incompréhensions.
Mon compagnon de voyage d'est vu attribué une chambre avec odeur de tabac, on lui a proposé un paquet de cigarettes lorsqu'il a demandé l'échange....
