Nicht schön, nicht geeignet für Familien
Leider können wir diese Unterkunft insgesamt nicht weiterempfehlen.
Bereits bei der Ankunft gab es einen erheblichen Ameisenbefall in der Wohnung. Besonders schlimm war jedoch der massive Schimmelbefall in einem der Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Raum für uns nicht nutzbar war. Da mein Sohn Asthmatiker ist, war das gesundheitlich besonders problematisch.
Wir mussten deshalb während des Aufenthalts zusammenrücken und haben die Unterkunft letztlich sogar eine Nacht früher verlassen.
Auch der beworbene Grillbereich draußen wirkte schmuddelig und wenig einladend. Insgesamt machte das Grundstück keinen besonders gepflegten Eindruck – der Garten wirkte teilweise verwuchert und als hätte sich länger niemand richtig darum gekümmert.
Die Lage empfanden wir zudem deutlich anders als erwartet. Die Umgebung wirkte eher abgelegen und erinnerte teilweise an ein Industriegebiet. Nachts waren die Geräusche der nahegelegenen Gütergleise bzw. des Güterbahnhofs deutlich hörbar.
Positiv war, dass die Schlüsselübergabe über den Schlüsselsafe unkompliziert funktioniert hat. Persönlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern gab es allerdings während des Aufenthalts nicht, alles lief ausschließlich per Mail.
Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde zwar eine teilweise Erstattung zugesichert und die Bankdaten angefordert, die zugesagte Rückzahlung ist jedoch bis heute nicht erfolgt.
Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher leider nicht. Besonders für Familien würden wir die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, obwohl die Wohnung grundsätzlich Potenzial hätte. Aus unserer Sicht wäre ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung sinnvoll, dass die Unterkunft nur eingeschränkt familiengeeignet ist.
