I didn't look close enough at the pictures. It's situated on a cliff overlooking the beach, and it looked like I would have been able to walk to the beach from the house but that wasn't the case. It has a beautiful view though

The view
Lack of cleanliness. Had to clean inside drawers in kitchen, cutlery, cutlery holder, floors, light switches, door frames, bannisters. Lower level bedroom mattress smelled bad needs replacing. Twin beds peed on by dogs and also bath mat in lower bathroom. Mai n bedroom could do with a new mattress rather than just a bit of old foam on top of old. Glad we didnt bring our dogs. No literature about the area.

It was clean, pet friendly, great view.
We looked for rentals specifically with a jet tub or hot tub and it was not usable so that was disappointing. You pay extra for that feature.

Location--right between Licoln City and Newport , views were amazing
Cleanliness--overall, pretty clean
Comfort‐‐beds comfortable, the twin beds are small, but the other 2 beds were huge!
Size--decent for 4 people.
Lots of stairs
We thought it was closer to the beach than it was (would need to hike up/down hills to get to actual beach).
There was a leak from the tub, but we got a response quickly.
There were a couple other small issues, but I got an apology and small discount, which was good.
