Breakfast was great at our 1st stay. When went back some items were reheated old like börek, some bread and french fries. If you jave trpuble sleeping ask for a quite room. Staff was attentive. Would recommend if you just stop by on your way to airport.
Breakfast was not fresh the 2nd time. Shoul always fry fries and börek same day... not re-heat.

The staff at the reception and security were exceptionally kind and nice. The hotel's location was really good for us, considering we had work to do at Abdullah Gül University. The area is close to good food places, bus stations and the Forum Kayseri Mall, and even using Uber to travel around the area is good price-wise and time-wise. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed, and the breakfast was quite diverse and tasty.
The bathroom was a bit dark, especially around the shower area.

The breakfast. The room is quite big but it is an old building.
The staff couldn't speak English especially the one who handles the parking lot or managing the arrival guest . Even basic English seems very hard for him. He seems like to talk in very high tone.
The room itself has a climate issue. Despite the fact that we understand that it is still in Winter period but they have realized that their room could not absorb that much cold weather. So the room temperature only get better in early morning. The air conditioning will not work as they said the centralized system was not open until spring season. With that said, we slept in a really hot environment..we had to open the window but could not help much because
The hotel is really facing a busy road. It was really noisy. I think if you decide to stay more than 1 night, please think twice.
