I had a wonderful and pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. Special thanks to Ms. Marjorie, the receptionist, for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent assistance, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would also like to commend the housekeeping team, who never failed to assist with my requests. Since I stayed for about 36 hours, I especially appreciated how they promptly provided me with extra water whenever I requested it, as well as green tea. Their attentiveness and willingness to help truly made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Thank you, Ms. Marjorie, the housekeeping team, and the entire hotel staff for making my stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would be happy to stay here again! 🌷✨

Nice and quiet hotel in JVC. The room size is not bad. The view is very nice.
Unfortunately, there is no spa with a sauna or steam room. They have a spa only for massages.

Disappointing experience with food and poolside staff
I am writing this review to share my experience during a recent stay. Unfortunately, a couple of key issues significantly ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip.
First, dinner at the hotel was very poor. The food quality and overall dining experience were far below expectations.
Second, and most concerning, was the behavior of the lifeguard, Maneesh, at the swimming pool. They were extremely rude and disrespectful toward customers. Friendly, professional service is essential—especially around safety personnel—and this behavior was completely unacceptable.
I hope hotel management addresses both the quality of their dining and the customer service training for their pool staff, as these issues drastically impacted our stay.
