Location was central to all amenities , host did help bring our bags up to the apartment.
Not recommended for elderly.
It’s a short walk from where you get dropped off to the apartment. Wasn’t easy to find the place but our host came to great us. Apartment was nice and cosy just a lot of steps to the apartment and more stair to the room.

A suíte é ótima, tudo novo, perfeita. Porém um grande inconveniente é chegar até lá, e isso não descrevem, são mais de oitenta degraus, com malas, no calor do verão é insuportável, e toda vez que se sai a mesma coisa. As instalações e localização são ótimas, mas realmente as escadas desqualificam o lugar, seria o equivalente ao 4 andar.

Seeing the suite in person surpassed our expectations. It has easy access just to the left of the Duomo, with sophisticated security via keycard. The apartment itself has a beautiful kitchen that is fully furnished along with a dishwasher.
The lighting and awning system meant we could tap a button to open the blinds to look out to the terrace and there are luxurious touchpad bedside lamps as well that made us feel like we were in an upscale hotel, but with greater privacy. Further, the hosts offered to change out our towels after 3 days which was unexpected but appreciated. We were also gifted a bottle of Prosecco on our final night-very kind!
The accessibility extends beyond being located next to the Duomo. As first time visitors to the Amalfi coast, we were grateful to be located near the bus stand and ferries which were a 2min walk away. As many buses departed from Amalfi, we were able to routinely board as the first passengers at reliable times without delays from prior stops. Many boat tours depart from here as well so we were able to easily organise activities. This enhanced our experience significantly and I recommend this area to anyone who is indecisive on where to stay on this coast.
The host greeted us on our first day off the ferry and helped us with our suitcases. He gave us his WhatsApp details and told us to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. The customer service and communication from this property is immaculate. Thank you!
Not a big deal, but the dog in the home next door would sometimes scratch at the dividing wall in the middle of the night. It was very funny when we realised it was someone’s pet but beforehand was a bit alarming.

We got a bit lost trying to find the apartment but contacted Andrea & he arranged to meet us at a designated meeting point & take us to the apartment…. Much appreciated👍🏼 This place gets top marks from us for quality & location would definitely recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Quite a few stairs & no lift…. Not a problem for us but probably not suitable for everyone.
