Watermill Resort

We had a lovely stay at Watermill Resort during our trip to Khao Yai. The location is perfect, with most of the popular attractions just a short drive away, making it a great base for exploring the area. The resort has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful stream runs through the property, and the watermill adds a unique charm to the surroundings. Our kids especially loved the friendly dogs wandering around the resort and looked forward to seeing them every day. We stayed in the Loft Unit with Creek View, which was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of four. Waking up to the sound of the flowing creek each morning was one of our favorite parts of the stay. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Instead of offering a large buffet, the resort focuses on serving quality food. There are four breakfast set options to choose from, along with toast, pancakes, and cereals. The bagels were especially good and became a family favorite. Overall, Watermill Resort is a wonderful place for families or couples looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway in Khao Yai. The beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast made it one of the highlights of our Thailand trip

TV unit is small :)

The property is situated right next to a river, meaning you can sit back, relax and take in the nature. The bungalows were also really spacious and good value.

The property is next to the highway. There was no noise while I was staying but it’s something to be aware of.

Paradijselijke plek, mooie huisjes verscholen in het groen. Grote, schone kamer Goed restaurant en super aardig personeel Het hotel hielp ons met een tour naar Khao Yai en regelde transfers naar dit hotel en naar ons volgende verblijf.

Als ik iets negatiefs moet noemen zou het de verouderde douche en harde matrassen zijn.

Simple Thai style hotel close to the main route to Isaan. The stream is a big plus as kids can swim and have fun in small boats. Gardens and room clean and well maintained to a very average standard.

Lots of threatening notices about late check out fines, no room towels by the pool. THB 500baht deposit for a THB15 key! It seems like they would rather you left them in peace. Room price is high for what is offered. Breakfast is poor. Juice terrible with little comprehension of how to serve the cooked part at the right time.
