So close to the beach. Good ocean views, very reasonable for the price; seems like all the facilities are new (if not, then it's well-maintained) and clean! There's also a lot of local restos or food trucks near the area! Nearby massage/spa place a few mins walk. It is also near the police station; makes me feel safe. And just near the train station. There is also a 편의점 convenience store 24/7 in the same building and is an absolute lifesaver if you forgot to bring something essential.
The weather didn't cooperate. 😂 This place is a perfect stay for surfing 🏄♀️ 🌊 but the tides started during the checkout date.

Really spacious and modern room with a washing machine and kitchen. Right in front of the beach, next to bus stops to go to the city centre.
