Unavoidable late activity at the bus station. Anticipated, and worth the slight inconvenience to stay in such a central location.

Raffaele is a wonderful host and nothing was to much trouble for him. He met us personally at the property, even though we were delayed and arrived late, due to a problem with our train. The property was perfect for our needs and enabled us to take a quick look around Bergamo, and get some sleep before an early flight (comfortable beds!) It was extremely easy to get to the Airport from this apartment, the bus stop is a 3 minute walk away and the buses leave every 20 mins or so (from about 4.30 in the morning onwards). Raffaele leaves coffee, tea and some small breakfast items, as well as shampoo and shower gel. It's very convenient if you're arriving by train as it is a very short walk from the station.
There is a little road noise from outside. It's not the kind of apartment where you'd easily be able to cook for yourself as the kitchen is fairly basic, but why would you want to when you have all kinds of wonderful restaurants outside your door!

The rooms were on 1 st floor and there was a lift. It was comfortable and warm and only a short walk from the rail station. Good communication with the owner Raffaele via what’s app and he was there to meet us. We also arranged for him to take us to the airport early in the morning for an extra charge.
There was basic cooking facilities with a microwave and the supermarket was about 5 min walk away. Bergamo looks an interesting town even though the weather was cold and wet when we were there.
