Everything was clean.
I had researched the location, and it met my requirements.
I chose this place because parking was listed as one of the available facilities. The staff were very kind and allowed me to park in the staff parking area. Otherwise, knowing the parking prices in Tallinn, I would have had to pay more for parking than for the hotel itself.
The room was on the ground floor, and there were no sheer curtains on the windows, which was a huge inconvenience and meant there was very little privacy.
Even though I had indicated that there would be two adults staying, there was only one duvet in the room, and no spare duvet was available.
We were not staying during particularly hot weather, but the air-conditioning/ventilation system was so poor that it was difficult to breathe unless we kept the door open.
The shower was also very impractical. There was no proper shower door or curtain, so when taking a shower, all the clothes and belongings in the bathroom would get wet.

The drapes were dirty in the room, we couldn’t get into private parking and we didn’t know that the breakfast would be in a box
