Neighbouring properties not the tidiest ie. old vans building materials but the rental property obviously has no control over neighbours but it did detract from the view

A good base to explore North Wales

Disappointed with the facilities and a number of items need to be fixed. Entry door, hard to open and close, lock possibly needs looking at. Downstairs toilet, extractor fan doesn’t work. Tap in kitchen drips constantly. Double doors to table and chairs, right one hard to open, left one you have to lift to get door open, dirty in frames. Out of 7 nights we could only enjoy 2 sitting outside, due to cats coming over and climbing on table and chairs as soon as we went outside. After a call with Amy on Wednesday the cats were kept away for 2 evenings. We picked the property because of the views and wanting to enjoy meals outside, we were unable to have the doors open and locks on the windows, which we hunted down on Wednesday after the call with Amy, left us feeling enclosed within the property. Completely understand the locks on windows, but keys should be readily available. The Velux windows could do with a telescopic pole to open them. You have to stand on furniture to open them, dirty from within the frames, fell on the beds when opening them. In the bathroom there is nothing to stand on. As there was no door or curtain on the shower, after using it the mat would always be soaked as when standing underneath the shower the water goes out of the cubicle. The toilet seat, doesn’t fit correctly, it moves when you sit on it and if you try to put the lid and seat up, they fall down instantly. Informed Amy on first night about this and the problem with the cats and again on Wednesday’s call. Due to allergies I won’t stay at a property where animals are allowed, guests should be made aware of this. All windows have black out blinds or thick curtains, apart from the landing. When you use the bathroom and put the light/extractor on, you are clearly visible to anyone outside when you open the bathroom door, due to only having net curtains. Towels were provided, we could have done with a spare hand towel as I ended up using a bath towel for my hair.
