The view was spectacular! I liked the option to sit at the balcony and simply observe how the day ends. It was also nice that there was a kettle with tea options. The room was very clean and warm. The hotel offers breakfasts only (they prepare you eggs freshly, food selection was also nice - something for everyone) but they said there is no problem to use kitchen for preparing e.g. dinner, if needed. We could visit the city with the public transportation for free, thanks to the special cards we received at the reception.
I had to wait for the room despite I was already after the check in time, but I could see that the cleaning team was doing their best to finish as soon as possible. The only thing I did not like was the clogged shower drain – the water wasn't draining fast enough. I think it is something that should not happen in such amazing place.

The view!
Breakfast would be better. The beds are not comfy.

We had a studio room, it was fantastic for our needs. Especially the kitchen as it meant we could buy our own food to prepare as needed. Views were incredible from every window and staff were very helpful.
