Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación del alojamiento.
El propietario publicita que se puede hacer un check-in con entrada tardía y luego te deja tirado sin dar señales. Me tocó dormir la primera noche pagada en mi furgoneta con mis padres y mis perros, ya que pese haber avisado tanto por correo electrónico, llamar tropecientas veces sin éxito no habían tenido ningún tipo de previsión.
Fui de forma presencial a la agencia a recoger las llaves, por mera intuición ya que ellos no se preocuparon ni en contactarme, ni en cogerme las llamadas ni contestar los whatsapp, la trabajadora no tenía ni idea que había pasado con nuestra reserva, finalmente nos da unas llaves y cuando vamos al alojamiento habían personas dentro. Volvemos a la agencia y me dan una dirección y me dicen que las llaves están puestas en la puerta. Entramos y vemos que el piso no está limpio ni en condiciones pero decidimos quedarnos por no tener donde ir. Apartamento sucio, incómodo y no contaba ni siquiera con utensilios básicos. Solo un rollo de papel del wc para 3 personas una semana, ni servilletas, ni sal, ni valleta para limpiar y que te exigen que los dejes todo limpio, ni fregona decente sino un apaño con un cubo...
Tras dejarnos durmiendo en la calle no hemos recibido ni un abono de la primera y ni siquiera unas disculpas por parte de la agencia, ahora bien para pedirte la fianza que exigen si que me estuvieron acosando, una fianza que no ibamos a dar con la forma de trabajar de estas personas, ya que igual entras en un apartamento con gente o te encuentras las llaves puestas en otro apartamento sin saber quien puede entrar ahí y tu te quedas sin tus 200eur arriesgandote a que te culpabilicen de a saber qué.
No habíamos tenido una estancia y experiencia así en nuestras vidas, son unos impresentables y sin duda no volveremos ni lo recomendamos.
