I loved the place from the very first moment we arrived, so peaceful and beautiful. You can feel so close to nature and the staff were amazing and beyond helpful! I loved our tent too, specious and clean, but it was really hot and we definitely preferred to spend most of the time outdoors.

This eco rretreat has a wonderful location, and the manager Jacob is super helpful as I arrived unannounced to meet up with a sailing crew, and he helped with all our anchoring needs, kept our food in the fridge overnight, and so many other things. The food is great, tell them in advance you will be eating there. The tented rooms are comfortable and so peaceful. There are 2 family cottages, but I didnt see inside of those. It is lovely to stay in the forest, but beware monkey troupes which can overrun the camp at any time. the pool is huge and awesome to cool off
I liked everything and plan to return to chill out in nature. It is an eco camp, so keep that in mind.. No air con, shared bathroom and shower block. Its a place to commune with nature and quiet

Monkeys in the trees, short (ten minute) walk to the village, nice jetty with direct access to swim (but no beach mostly mangroves)
No hot water in the shower, but shimoni is hot so no big deal
