Beautiful property set in an olive grove with large pool, patio and inside/outside dining area. The room was large and bright with a comfortable bed, fridge, fast wifi and garden patio.
The staff were outstanding. David the manager spoke perfect English and was a great asset to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The Baglio was a good base to visit Selinute, Segesta and Isola Favignana (with a car)
Only criticism was that the restaurant was shut on Tuesday - the day we arrived and the area was a gastronomic desert - finally ended up with a soggy takeaway pizza on 1st night.Restaurant had mainly fish on the menu - a few more meat or vegetarian options would be nice. Also a small drying rack in the garden patio for bathing suits would be appreciated.

From the very first moment of arrival, staying here was an absolute dream. All the staff are incredibly friendly (grazie Silvia, Davide, Hettore!), provide great recommendations, they have an on-site restaurant that is honestly top-level (both food and service - grazie Nino and colleague!), and it’s so tranquil given its location and being surrounded by olive trees. This means beautiful sunsets, while eating great food and delicious wine! It’s a great location for visiting all nearby areas in between Marsala and Trapani (and beyond), and their partnered Egadi Islands boat tour was absolutely excellent. I rarely go to the same place twice but would 100% return here! (And plan to!)
There really is nothing to fault here! The only thing we thought of was if the cleaners could maybe start a little later / quieter in the mornings :) and perhaps some water in the room! (But the tap water is very drinkable and a supermarket very close by)
