Wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis ans Meer. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und wirkte deutlich größer als auf den Bildern. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Leider war nur italienisches TV Programm empfangbar. Aufgrund des guten Wetters saßen wir dann dafür länger auf dem Balkon.

Die Wohnung in Sottomarina hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles noch neuwertig, sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG, erreichbar über einen geräumigen Fahrstuhl. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt darüber. Das Auto parkt man auf dem Hinterhof, erreichbar durch eine Schranke, die mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet wird. Im Okt. 2025 waren gleich drei Baustellen um uns herum – die hört man schon. Nachts ist es ruhig. Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, ein Supermarkt keine Minute entfernt. Der Vermieter Guido ist proaktiv und gibt gern viele Ratschläge für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
