Good location in Karen. Felt secure.
Some staff were less helpful than our other experiences.
The Golf club was not particularly welcoming to hotel guests.
The Residence buildings were nice but the interior decor was a disappointment with hospital green walls and a strange bedroom layout.

This was our second (3 night) stay at The Residences and it did not disappoint. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful terrace surrounded by greenery. Breakfast was a selection of hot and cold options, including eggs or omelettes cooked to your liking. Professional and friendly staff at all levels giving the property and golf course a high class vibe. The special attention paid to guests included a nightly room service where insect nets were secured around the bed and the bedside lamp was switched on.
Better coordination needed when having half-board dinners at the golf club restaurant. Waiting staff were unsure what was included or how to issue invoices. A voucher system outlining the inclusions would simplify the process.

Location and food quality
Good timings - dinner finished at 9pm and breakfast on Sunday at 10am - the property needs to be more flexible on timing as we went for a leisure weekend trip and this was very limiting
The room was not well organised and looked scattered with furniture thrown around
