Dahlia was a comfortable house and the layout was very good. It was very clean and cosy (we had cool weather in early November). I did wonder how cool it would be in the bedrooms in the middle of summer with no fans or air conditioners.
The house had limited storage in the kitchen and we would have appreciated a greater variety of plates for entertaining.
Both toilets had issues with the seat. I.e the men had to hold the seat up.

Happy with everything

House was comfortable and bedrooms were spacious, with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Some maintenance required, bathroom tile(s) were cracked and sinking. Bedroom ceiling has water damage over one of the single beds

Location
Gas fire place didn't work which would have nice to have for ambience. There were dead flies all over the windows and of course the blind leading out to the balcony was broken which I reported on arrival.
No breakfast was supplied, when staying at Orford Panache last time. we were supplied with a beautiful basket of local produce and breakfast goodies. We only received tea/coffee at Dahlia which was a bit stingy!!
