We had an amazing stay! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Before arriving, the hotel kept in touch with us via WhatsApp and was attentive to our arrival time, which made the check-in process very smooth. When we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and everything was ready for us.
The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a large bathroom, TV, and a lovely private balcony with two chairs and a table. The view of the lake was beautiful, and the whole hotel felt peaceful and relaxing. We also really appreciated how well they manage insects, especially given the location by the lagoon.
The breakfast was included and was honestly delicious, especially considering the price of the stay. The breakfast staff was also incredibly kind and attentive. Overall, everything was very clean and well maintained, and we loved the attention to detail and the technology/amenities in the room.
The hotel is small and boutique-style, so there are no facilities like a gym or swimming pool. However, this is understandable given the size and concept of the property, and they do offer one complimentary hour in a heated jacuzzi, which was a really nice touch.
The staff also helped us arrange transportation and additional activities during our stay, which made everything much easier. These activities have an additional cost, but having the hotel coordinate them for us was very convenient.
Honestly, there is very little to complain about. The only thing worth mentioning is that, as a small boutique hotel, there is no swimming pool or gym. However, we knew this was part of the hotel’s concept, and the complimentary heated jacuzzi was a great alternative.

Breakfast was excellent. They will make whatever you want.
There's a hostel next door and the hotel is unable to do anything about the constant noise. It is constant Reggaton day and night. On Saturday night, music until 4:00AM.
