The hotel was clean and comfort even if the rooms and decor was a little tired. The restaurant was the best food we had during our entire 2 week stay in Italy

The restaurant attached to the hotel was a real plus, with good food and the convenience of being able to enjoy dinner without having to go anywhere else. There were also parking spaces available nearby.
We particularly appreciated the staff's flexibility and thoughtfulness in accommodating our needs. As the hotel does not have a lift, they kindly changed our room from the third floor to the first floor, which made our stay much more convenient.
The reception area was a little difficult to at arrival. There was also some uncertainty regarding the access to an early breakfast, which could have been communicated more clearly. Finally, the level of service and helpfulness varied somewhat between staff members.

Lovely restaurant at hotel for all meals; staff very pleasant, good location
Room was a bit small as was bathroom/shower but positives made up for this

Location was fine, central in town and close to restauarnts
They were accomodating and stored my bike securely overnight
Its reasonably priced
Breakfast was just OK, the selection was rather limited with limited choices and no fruit that I saw.
Hotel advertizes wifi and there were 2 or 3 netwroks available in the hotel, however, none of them worked for me (my room was on the third floor). Requesting help at the reception was met with "it should work".
