Location is very good and the apartment is just fine. It also doesn't require stairs but is still in the old part of the city. Hosts are very nice.

This is really an air bnb. That's not a terrible thing, but be aware that checking in is highly complex- you'll get a very detailed message that tells you all sorts of information you don't really need and basically makes you do the check in before you get there. When I balked, the person did provide another option to checkin when I got there, citing the usual "covid' I asked for direction advice four times and it was ignored. Really weird as it's actually perfectly easy to find, but they want you to call "an hour" before you get there- just not possible for everyone. They do try to work with you- but the amount of work needed to get there is untenable. Make it simple. You later (before checkout) get more messages- this time with a slightly threatening tone- about leaving the room in the same condition you found it. They then threaten to charge you extra if you don't- which they have NO right to do. Damage is one thing, but it makes it sound like they don't want to clean at all and will be punitive if they need to. Bizarre. But the biggest problem- unbelievable in 2021...they don't offer wifi....and keep that quiet until you check in. That is totally unacceptable. There is no excuse- you're right downstairs from the hosts and it's apparent they don't want to share their password- which is fine, but if they are that concerned then it's best not to try to rent out a flat. If they are going to do this, they need to tell you that upfront- and accept that most people won't book with them. There is a nice TV with lots of channels- but that doesn't replace wifi, as everyone uses it for other purposes. Made even a weekend difficult. I get the feeling that these are new hosts who aren't fully comfortable with the process of hosting, and want to protect themselves- that's fine, but when it comes at the expense of guests, it's better to make money another way.
