My son and I had a great stay at Chateau Ormes de Pez. The room was large with windows on 2 sides and overlooked the vineyards. We had excellent breakfasts each morning. There was also a nice pool which was great to cool down in early August. The hosts were very welcoming and allowed us to use the fridge for our food. Connected with our stay was a wine tasting and tour at Chateau Lynch Bages where we tasted some amazing wines. The tour was all in English and was very well done. One morning it rained so my son and I played French Monopoly in the living area. Felt at home. St Estephe is a quaint village nearby that is worth checking out.
