Everything, location, facilities, the layout of the villa, the access to the pool, the air con, etc. Honestly, it was even better than we thought it would be. Vassilis is the best host, he was very responsive, helpful, accommodating and nice, clearly taking his business seriously. His welcome snacks and refreshments were so much appreciated and we had cleaning during the week which was also great. Very good value overall. Thank you, Vassilis, we’ll definitely be back, hopefully for a longer period next year! :)

The owner was friendly and welcoming and would do anything for us. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
The only thing was, it was a shame there wasn’t a larger sofa for such a large villa. And a umbrella for the outside bench.

Excellent location on a quiet road just minutes from shops, restaurants and the local beaches. It is a short walk to the main centre of activity in Sidari too. The villa is very spacious and the layout is great.
The air conditioning in one bedroom didn't work. The host only responded on Booking.com chat and not via the phone number provided. Despite many messages back and forth this was not resolved during our stay. There are no mosquito nets on the bedroom windows so that bedroom was not really usable at night. We moved mattresses from one room into the floor of the other rooms. I was surprised to see that the last review of the property also mentioned the problem with the air conditioning so it must have been a known problem before we arrived which wasn't the impression I got from the host when I reported the problem. Also the outside area is very neglected. There is a picnic bench with a small shrub growing up through the middle of it!
