Beautifully maintained, we love that it looks "Costa Ricain" not modern luxury. Super friendly staff. We missed having the restaurant for dinner but the low season rates were a fair trade.
Coffee maker in the room, not espresso

The staff & owner were extremely friendly & it had a great location!
Honestly it felt abandoned & we felt it needed a bit of love. The rooms are good, clean but it felt very dark & we always had to ask the staff to turn on the property lights in evening. Nothing to hang your clothes & pillows need to be changed. On our last day we were rushed by the staff to leave since we were the only guests & they were given the day off. I was using the facilities in my room when one of the girls yelled they were locking the gate to all go to the beach. This rushing caused me to leave behind my work cell charger.
