Only For overnigt, place is overpriced.

A place good only for overnight stays. On the plus side, there is a clean fridge, a toaster, a hairdryer and a tolerable bathroom. On the plus side, location, hassle-free check-in, free parking.

It is not a place to which one would like to return to relax. The big minus is the state of cleanliness of the facility - it is simply dirty. The kitchen was poorly assessed - no washing-up liquid and clean sponge, dirty dishes. The frying pan was not usable. The balcony was dirty, the floor of the flat was also dirty. The bedding did not smell fresh. Its overpriced.

Wygodny apartament dla pary na kilka dni

Wygodny apartament dla pary na kilka dni, wyposażony we wszystkie podstawowe przybory. Łóżka w sypialni dosyć twarde, ale spało się bardzo wygodnie. Był sejf. Apartament położony w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji, blisko sklepów i restauracji, a także przyjemnej mariny, z której polecam podziwiać wschód słońca o tej porze roku. Yiannis był bardzo pomocny.

Nie chcę, żeby poniższe odebrać jako krytykę, bo byłam zadowolona z pobytu, ale kilka rzeczy mogłoby poprawić komfort przyszłym wynajmującym. W szafie były tylko 2 wieszaki i nie było półek, żeby położyć rzeczy, więc ubrania trzeba trzymać w walizce. O jednej rolce papieru już pisano we wcześniejszych komentarzach i nadal tak jest. Całe szczęście sklepy są w pobliżu i można sobie wszystko kupić.

Latchi Area Penthouse apartment is a place to spread out, slow down and savour the magic of Latchi!

Latchi Area Penthouse Apartment was family-sized and extremely spacious! The outdoor rooftop area is immense and has plenty of furniture for every occasion! We loved spending time out there as the sun was setting and in the early mornings when Latchi has a special magic. The apartment was clean and fresh when we arrived and we immediately felt 'at home'. Yiannis is the consumate host and is truely hospitable, responsive and genuinely cares about his guests.

We felt that the apartment could benefit from some colourful art on the walls and perhaps more ambient lighting which would transform it from a fully functional space into a fabulous and bright holiday experience! It would also be great if some shelving or a mirrored shaving cabinet could be installed in the bathroom to accommodate toiletries. (The shower might also benefit from a 'lip' to protect the rest of the bathroom floor from water seepage when showering:) These suggestions are personal observations and in no way detract from the first class experience of spaciousness and functionality afforded at the apartment. We offer them only by way of potential enhancements to what is already a fantastic accommodation!

War neben den Kleinigkeiten ein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Betten waren gemütlich. Die Lage war gut (Supermarkt und Stand nur wenige Schritte entfernt). Klimaanlage hat gut gekühlt. Waschmaschine, Ofen und Mikrowelle verfügbar.

Es wurde uns nur eine Rolle Klopapier zu dritt für den ganzen Aufenthalt zu Verfügung gestellt. Auf unsere Nachfrage kam nur als Antwort, dass die Putzfirma nur eine Klorolle zur Verfügung stellt. Letztendlich mussten wir im Supermarkt an der Straße welches einkaufen. Außerdem ist der Betreiber der Unterkunft einfach in das Apartment gekommen, als wir weg waren, um Stühle auszutauschen (waren wohl auch Terassenstühle). Es wurde uns Bescheid gegeben, aber da waren wir schon unterwegs (gegen 9 Uhr). Wir persönlich fanden es unangebracht, weil wir auch Wertgegenstände da hatten und auch nicht zu gestimmt hatten.

Great location and value for money

Nice apartment in the best location in Latchi. It was spacious and had amazing AC. The rooms are big enough. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking lot directly in front. The check-in was no problem and the owner is just super friendly, thanks Yiannis!

Water pressure was a bit low, but still good enough. That may also vary from time to time. The beds were a bit hard, so if you don't like it and want to stay longer, think twice.

I recommend this apartment. Arrival and check-in instructions were detailed and very clear. Apartment is a good size and clean. Very well-located to walk to restaurants, beach, harbor, activities. Air conditioners and clothes washer worked well. When I arrived, the shower drain was slow. I reported this to Yiannis who had a plumber take care of it the same day. He also checked to make sure everything was fine the next day. Great communication and responsiveness! I would stay again!

Minor things: Kitchen has most basic items, but missing some (for example, a vegetable peeler). Clothes drying rack had only a few clothespins that were brittle from being outdoor in the sun

Lovely stay, will definitely be using again.

Lovely location, just over the road from harbour. Everything on doorstep. Property was clean and spacious. Perfect for a weeks holiday. Apartment was reasonably priced aswell. We often come out to Cyprus to visit my Uncle Paul who works at Latchi Watersports over the road so this apartment was a great find. Will be staying again.

Nothing, we had no issues with our stay.

Great stay in one of our favorite Cyprus locations. Would return with pleasure.

Location was outstanding. Size of apartment exactly what we needed. Plenty of parking space. Great A/C. Good TV. Excellent veranda. Good size refrigerator.

Very musty smell when we arrived but dissipated once the A/C was on. Power went off when my wife accidently hit the water boiler button. Had to go to the basement area to reset (only knew this because the owner of another apartment in the area told us). Veranda should have been cleaned prior to arrival.

Very good

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, bright and in a nice, quiet location. Next to beach, harbour, restaurants and shops. Close to hiking spots in Akamas park. Covered parking was provided. Most of the furniture are new and modern, the bathroom is renovated. Good matrasses on the beds. It was well equipped with washing machine, air conditioner, big fridge, micowave, kitchen utensils and a good size balcony with a drying rack. The view was overlooking a big field, we liked it. The check in was easy, the owner responded quickly for questions. We had a really good time, I would recommend!

The only issue I can mention was with the cleaning of the apartment, there were some 'traces' of the previous guests. But I bought some cleaning supplies, that I needed anyway for the stay, so it was no big deal. Some pans and pots were worn down, could be replaced and the textiles could be washed (curtains, covers).

Great location, fabulous host.

The location was fabulous; very central yet away from the buzz of the tourist area. the balcony, looking over the fields was so calm and really relaxing to sit on during the evening. Instructions for check in and directions were some of the clearest I have ever been given. really great!! Host was very helpful; when I discovered there was no corkscrew, he gave me directions to go to another (empty) apartment and get one.

The apartment had not been cleaned very well- there were some very disgusting looking spots all over the floor, from the kitchen to the bedroom. They somewhat blended into the tiles, however it is a clear indicator that the floor had not been cleaned adequately. it really grossed us out and we tried not to think about what the brown/green spots could be! :((((( also the washing machine was in an atrocious state. it had bits of fluff, remnants of powder, a couple of baby socks and a HEAP of playing cards (!!!! yes. what the…??!!) in the machine and generally looked filthy. we ran a cycle to try to clean it, after removing all these items, and more playing cards appeared! super weird. we gave up on it and ended up doing hand washing.

Great value for money and overall enjoyable stay and a great host who asks if we needed anything

We enjoyed the silence in the area of stay. We've also enjoyed the comfort of having a kitchen to our own disposal for breakfast time before heading out for an all-day trips to Akamas or neighboirhood cities.

There's not much we can tell about not liking anything. The apartment met our expectations. The only thing thst bothered us were the cold walls and floor (January), so withoit having the heating turned on while at the apartment, prepare for chilly nights.

The lighting is very "stark" white: a small "table lamp" in the main room - to make the apartment more "cosy" in the evening - is all I would recommend

Very enjoyable!

Location, quietness, balcony, pool, the apartment itself.

Little things like no plug for kitchen sink and no wine glasses. A couple of extra mugs would have been useful. A simple instruction sheet for the flat including pool code, do's and don't 's. Clothes dryer was broken, most pegs were broken and the cooker hood didn't work.
