Location was great as we had family living near by, close to shopping center
The floors in the first unit was a trip hazard and subfloor was damaged just in out shower area and waste drain was not compliant insects were seen coming through grill

Advertised a playground but it’s actually off site and you need to walk through the bushland to get to it

The bathroom in the Reef cabin is tiny
Only 1 pillow per person and were told by the cleaner we couldn't get any more...but we did manage to get 1 extra but would have been good to have 2 pp instead of 1

It was in a quiet part of cairns.
Kids bunk beds squeaked all night long. Very tight parking.
